Fort Payne Parks and Recreation - Assistant Athletic/Aquatic Director
- Coordinates youth and adult athletic programs/events
- Coordinates and books athletic tournaments
- Manages operations of city pools and splash pad
- Oversees coordination of concessions stands
- Assists with sports turf management
- Assist with preparing fields and facilities for games/tournaments
- Effectively communicates with parents, coaches, athletes, and staff
- Assists with other programs and special events
- Flexible work schedule including nights and weekends
The minimum education and/or experience required is as follows:
- Valid Alabama's Driver's License
- CPO/AFO within in 18 months of hire
- High school diploma
- Preferred education/experience:
- Two year's supervisory experience
This is a salaried position that will require working nights and weekends. The salary range is $37,440.00 to $47,427 annual starting salary is negotiable based on education, experience, and other qualifications.
